Visual Exercise
A fun visual exercise with oil pastels,
washable crayons and colored markers!
I rub different colors around the board.
Then I draw random lines and shapes!
Now I blend all washable colors with wet brush!
And this is it:
Pinwheels
I know I make mistakes a lot.
But Lui said it is OK
as long as I can correct it!
Lui said that I can color over my mistakes
and cover it later.
Then I paint everything with a wet brush
to blend all colors and hide my mistakes!
And my finished work:

It is all about Yellow!
Today I am painting using yellow acrylic paint.
I have to draw using diluted yellow paint with water.
Then I paint the background using the same diluted paint.
Now I use yellow ochre to paint the vase.
And then I add a bit of blue and red to yellow
to make brown to outline my vase.
Then I add blue to yellow to make green later.
Now I love yellow paints!
And here is my painting
inspired by Van Gogh's Sunflowers:

Red Butterfly
Today, I am painting using red crimson paint.
I have to dilute the paint with water
to draw the butterfly shape.
Then I fill the shapes with pure red paint:
Then I add blue on red to do border lines.
And then I mix red with white paints to create patterns.
I use the red-blue paint (violet) on some lines too.
And here is my red butterfly:
