Ceramic Set

I am drawing a ceramic plate and utensil design.

Lui said doing design patterns is a brain food exercise.

And to add some real thing in my drawing

I am using our yellow serviletta (table napkin):

And now here is my perfect table setting:

Ceramic Bowl

I am drawing a ceramic bowl from my imagination.

I make a half circle and draw a base

and make patterns around the bowl:

The shadow made my drawing look real.

But I wanted to make it more real. . .

. . . so I draw something inside the bowl  . . .

and trace one of Lui's key beside the bowl . . .

 

Now my ceramic bowl look perfect!

More Name Drawings!

I am now doing my siblings names.

Lui said it does not matter what or how I wanted to write their names.

I can make any designs I want and color it as well.

My family circle.

Not always complete but always in my mind.

Rey and Cora

These are Rey and Cora.

They help take care of me.

But if you look closer

you will see I made Rey

using his name?

And I made Cora using her name:

More Name Drawings

Another name drawing exercise using script and print names of people I love.

Some I have to do on vertical lines that goes straight, curvy or roundish

and make patterns of flowers  out of these names!

And when I apply color on these names

they become as special

as these people are to me!

Ricky & Baby

Now this is my name drawing for my brother Ricky and his wife Baby.

I made their names atop their wedding rings!

Lui was so happy.

For My Sister Amce

I have to think of objects or symbols that remind me of my sister Amce.

Since she is a nun I thought of churches and a flower

in a heart landscape because I love her very much.
