Candleholders

I am drawing the candle holders in my house:

After drawing them, I color and add shadings . . .

And I add something funny: a beetle!

And then for background I add our green mat:

Guess What I Am Drawing?

Yes, I am drawing a bowl.

I draw based on instructions from my art teacher Lui.

Lui would tell me to 

"decorate the bowl,

color the dots,

color the bowl . . ."

. . . and Lui does it while nagging me about my preoccupation with bags.

She said I should stop asking people for bags

because I get excited and it makes me sick.

Lui said that people I love worries about me.

So I will try to relax, and be patient

and release it all through my drawing . . .

Cool Mornings

We have cool weather in the early morning and at night.

And when I look at the garden I saw some flying creatures

that flutter among the flowers.

Teacher Lui asked me what it is

but I do not know what it is called.

But since I can draw now

I can show it to her!

Now I wish I can do the same for my obsession with bags . . .
