A Painting for Amce!

This is a still life composition for my only sister Amce who is a nun. On top of the table is a bible, a rosary bracelet, a rose on a vase, baby Jesus and a small Christmas tree. These are the items I thought might be on top of Amce's table when she is in Iloilo. This is my Christmas gift for her. And I hope Amce will remember me when she sees this painting I made for her hanging on her wall.

Christmas Star and Angel!

This is just one of the Christmas decorations we have in our house. It is a Christmas star with an angel hanging below it:



I made another version but this time with my favorite Snowman!

All works use oil pastels on one yellow felt paper divided into four.

Sunset: A Collaborative Work

For this session, my teacher Lui painted with me. It is a visual exercise. We worked on two separate illustration boards. I drew half of the objects I wanted on my board and Lui continued the other half on her board.


Lui must follow my drawing concept to complete the painting which I later titled as Sunset. Mine is on the right and Lui is the one on the left board.
